How were you feeling before the course? Excited, eager and open-minded. Based on the great things I had heard from a trusted friend, I was very enthusiastic about discovering what I was meant to learn and apply from this course.

How was the app and format of the course for you? The assignment is simple: do 100 PQ reps a day. The app gives numerous options and the book and Rosie explain well how to do them "in the wild."

How are you feeling after the course? I've always wanted to be optimistic-to be happy for no reason, to maintain a positive and hopeful outlook no matter what. After 51 years of wanting this for myself, now I understand how to actually put this into practices on a daily basis.

What transformations have you made? I went from having no new business prospects to landing two significant projects during my 6 weeks and I know it's because of the small but significant shifts I've been making in my mindset and my behaviour. My productivity has also increased and I've felt like drained and tired since I'm learning how to stay more present in the face of situations that would have caused me great stress in the past.
